The Building Came First
The walls have stood since 1907 — originally the Sparkle Ice House. When the team found the exposed brick and original bones, they didn't reach for a wrecking ball. They got to work.

The doors opened Labor Day 2017 — an upscale roadhouse with a serious kitchen, 30+ beers on tap, and live music right in the heart of Downtown Conroe's historic district.
