Pacific Yard House took a 117-year-old Texas building and turned it into Downtown Conroe's favorite hangout. Food, drinks, live music, and weekly events — all under one historic roof.
The Building Came First
The walls have stood since 1907 — originally the Sparkle Ice House. When the team found the exposed brick and original bones, they didn't reach for a wrecking ball. They got to work.
September 1, 2017
The doors opened Labor Day 2017 — an upscale roadhouse with a serious kitchen, 30+ beers on tap, and live music right in the heart of Downtown Conroe's historic district.
Dinner and a Full Night Out
Ribeyes on Thursdays, cold rounds at the bar, and a full events calendar — come for dinner and stay as long as you like. There's room for everyone.
Something On Every Night
Live music Tuesdays, Trivia Wednesdays, Big Ticket Bingo monthly, all-day Happy Hour Thursdays, and Sunday Brunch — Texas artists and good times, every week.
Out to Lake Livingston
The Onalaska location brings the same Pacific Yard House energy to Lake Livingston — same food, cold taps, and events, with a laid-back East Texas waterfront vibe.
