Pacific Yard House took a 117-year-old Texas building and turned it into Downtown Conroe's favorite hangout. Food, drinks, live music, and weekly events — all under one historic roof.

The walls have stood since 1907 — originally the Sparkle Ice House. When the team found the exposed brick and original bones, they didn't reach for a wrecking ball. They got to work.
