Supreme Nachos Loco-Motive
Corn tortilla chips covered with chili con queso, melted cheddar jack blend, black beans, shredded lettuce, Pico de Gallo, topped with sour cream and guacamole.  Salsa served on the side.  


Chips and Salsa
Fresh made tortilla chips served with a homemade mild salsa.

Cheese Quesadilla
Flour tortillas filled with two cheese blend and Pico de Gallo.  Guacamole, salsa and sour cream.


Garlic Truffle Wedges
Potato wedges tossed in truffle oil,  garlic and parmesan cheese.

Potato Skins
Filled with melted cheddar jack blend, bacon and green onion.  Sour cream is served on the side.


Boudin Balls
Combination of cooked rice, pork, onions, green peppers, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, and seasonings fried until golden brown.

Railroad Rattlers
Jalapeños stuffed with shrimp, cheddar jack and cream cheese, wrapped with peppered bacon and grilled.  Ranch dressing served on the side.

Chicken Tenders
Texas beer battered chicken breast tenders. Served with a honey Dijon sauce.


Chicken Wings
Wings and drums tossed in mild, hot or BBQ sauce.

Salads

Pacific House Salad
Romaine and iceberg mix with shredded red cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, grape tomatoes and choice of dressing.  Grilled Chicken or Grilled Shrimp available.


Caesar Salad
Romaine, Parmesan, and garlic croutons topped with homemade Caesar dressing.  Grilled Chicken or Grilled Shrimp available.

Side Salads
Half-size version of the house or Caesar salad served before your meal.

Chef Salad
Romaine and iceberg mix with chopped hame, smoked turkey, cheddar jack blennd, tomato, egg and cucumber.


Yard Bird BBQ Chicken Salad
Chopped BBQ chicken on a bed of crispy romaine, carrots, sweet corn, black beans, red onion and cheddar blend. Topped with fried tortilla strips, Pico de Gallo and BBQ ranch dressing.

Avocado Triple Play
Three avocado halves stuffed with fresh homemade chicken, shrimp and salmon salad. Served with a side of ripe pineapple and strawberries.


Caprese Salad
Sliced mozzarella, fresh sliced tomatoes, topped with basil strips and lightly drizzeed with sweet balsamic glaze.



Sandwiches
All sandwiches are served with seasoned potato wedges and a dill pickle spear.

Grilled Chicken Club
Grilled 8 Oz chicken breast on toasted sourdough with fresh guacamole, tomato, red onion, spinach, Swiss cheese and creamy garlic aioli sauce.


IPA Iron Burger
Half-pound ground sirloin beef flavored with IPA, served with tomato, onion, romaine lettuce and your choice of cheese.  Add bacon, extra meat patty, egg and/or avocado.


Shrimp/Crawfish Po-Boy
Beer battered fried large shrimp or crawfish, served with a homemade Cajun cream sauce on a French roll.


Club Sandwich
Toasted bread, double stacked, sliced smoked turkey and ham, bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise.


Philly Original Cheese Steak Sandwich
Thinly sliced pieces of steak, caramelized onions, bell pepper and melted Swiss on a French roll.


Bison Burger
6 Oz of lean ground bison served with tomato, onion, shredded lettuce, and melted havarti cheese.


Classic Rueben
Thick sliced corned beef stacked high with tangy sauerkraut and Russian dressing. Served hot on classic rye bread.

Texas beer battered cod, served with potato wedges and a homemade tartar sauce.


Chicken Fried Steak/Chicken

Texas-sized, served withTexas beer infused country gravy. Served with a side of Texas toast and your choice of two side items.

Spaghetti pasta covered with a tangy marinara meat sauce and a three-meat meatball.

Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Pasta
Spicy Cajun pasta tossed with onion, bell peppers, tomatoes and special Cajun spices.

Half roasted chicken braised in Texas beer finished with lemon beer glaze.
